Stopped working after two months

Unit stopped working after two months. Doesn't cut well. Overall poor.
Pros: none
Cons: stoppe working, does not cut nose hair well useless on ears

As happened to others, my trimmer suddenly wouldn't turn on after I had used it only a few times, even with a new battery. Fortunately I read the advice here to soak the blade end in warm soapy water for a couple of minutes, because that restored its functionality – even with the original battery!
I found it takes a while to get used to the unique cutting action and figure out how to make it do what you want, but then it works, at least for me, just fine.
So far this product is working fine. It doesn't seem to knick and isn't too difficult to work with in awkward areas (ears, nostrils). Clipping area is smooth feeling when applying it on skin. A little skiddish to use the eyebrown feature. I would suggest a video to demonstrate more precisely how to use it on the eyebrows and tips on how to get the best results.
I like the way it handles and easy to use.I like the way it fits in my hand.Very portable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this almost two years ago and love how it works the ease of use and cleaning the trimmer.
This trimmer has the correct shape for ears and nose, I clean mine with hot water then with alcohol placed in the cap while it is upside down & the ¼ ounce of alcohol dries quickly after I remove it after 10 minutes or so.
This does not cut, pull twist delicate areas I have cut so many times using scissors.
I couldn’t do without it.

I received MT9105. the only one left in the store my wife of 52 years got for me, In the literature it showes in the instructions a short, long, and a little cleaning brush. You have to purchase a step up model to get these three inexpensive accessories, I guess Norelco needs the extra income. I am recovering from a rare type of cancer of my vocal cords and cartledge, only second case registered in 20 years, I had them removed in July and not proceding to recovery mode. I though it would help trimming around the small one in hole in my neck as regular razors do not work blade or electric. I tried the trimmer and it seems to do the job. All I can tell the difference in the three models is the 3 little plastic guards and bursh, big deal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So I put the head under warm water and then tapped it gently on the sink and it worked if anyone had any problem
