Fantastic but needs improved switch.

I really like the trimmer. the design is excellent & it performs very well without pulling. I do think the on off switch can be improved as it is hard to use and could be marked more clearly so it can be seen without my glasses.
Pros: nice design
Cons: switch hard to see & use

Although I like this product it sometimes gives me great difficulty in turning it offf/on like it has a problem with a short circuit or batteries. I have checked out both sources but still have problems sometimes with the unit. When it does work it works well and does a good job.
Pros: design ease of use waterproof.
Cons: turning off/on.

It's hard to rate this product because it's great for some purposes and not for others. I bought it mainly to replace a rotary trimmer I hate because it's too weak and it can tug at nose hairs. Unfortunately, the new trimmer gets my lowest rating for that very function. While it does not tug at all, the blades don't even come near some of the very nose hairs I want to trim. Further, the instructions warn me not to insert the trimmer deeply enough to get at them and I can't reorient the blades to get at them. I won't be tossing out my old rotary because at least it does reach them. The good news is that I'm delighted with the eyebrow trimmer and the sideburn trimmer. Both function superbly. One minor gripe is that it's hard to see the little black on black arrows that help you orient the heads to re-attach them, but I'm getting better at it. More positives are its very powerful motor, the ease of turning it on and off, its washability, and the carrying case. If all my nose hairs grew out vertically from their roots and only from within 1/4" or 3/8" of the opening of my nostrils, I'm sure these blades would do a fine job with them - but they don't so it can't.
Pros: great for eyebrows and sideburns, powerful
Cons: limited for nose hair trimming

I have been using this product for over a month and I have been very happy with the product as a whole. The guides for trimming to a preset height work great, a big plus over my previous trimmer. The angled trimmer head is easy to work with, but it seems that some of the nose and ear hair don't get trimmed as well as I would have expected. I usually check two days after trimming to make sure that everything is cut properly. Great power and balance also help with the ease of use. I do highly recommend this trimmer as a whole.
Pros: trimmer guides included, balance of unit
Cons: doesn't always trim hair completely

This sure is a fine trimmer for the nose, brows and ears. It was easy to use, quick, close trim and safe. I would recommend this to any person with the need, and, that is all men over 40. I thought my old trimmer was the best and when it died I thought I would never be able to replace it: I was wrong! I can't say enough about this trimmer and its capabilities in getting the job done!
Pros: the best!
