Poor design of the feel of the cutting head.

Its hard to determine from the round design of the collar for the cutting head where the razor or cutting surface actually does the cutting. one can actually see the hair sticking out of the nose and ear, and pass the machine over it only to realize that the cutting head missed the hairs in question. So one needs to roll it a little more and try it again. This is quite bothersome or somewhat annoying especially if one needs to move along in the morning and get to work. The power and hand feel of the machine is very good, by the way.

Almost everything so far with this product has been great, I use it mainly to trim nose hairs and it's very easy to use. The only thing I don't like is that you have to rinse it under water after each use but thats just to keep it clean. Overall though it's a great product

Very straight-foward use; no 'nicking' when using in sensitive areas. One design issue -- if you twist the on-off switch too far #when turning off the power#, it releases the case as if you want to gain access to the battery compartment.

Difficult to use

The design of this unit makes it difficult to cut nose hairs and to cut them close. I miss my old Remington.
Pros: does a good job with neck hairs
Cons: doesn't cut nose hairs close
