Chica is my cat, and she loves watching our new washer,she get on top of the machine when the water fills and looks upside down at it, then we both stand in front of the machine and watch it spin back and forth.We have saved on water and on our power bill,the clothes are cleaner,we are very happy with our new Lg washer and have been telling friends and family about it.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, Style/Design, easy to use

Good for the Money

I did a research on the LG models and decided to buy one. The washer makes no noise, I don't even know when it's on. I love the features. Looks like no water in the cycle but the clothes come out clean and almost dry. I love this washer.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, quiet

Just one thing

I LOVE this machine! The only feature I would like to see, or perhaps its there and I don't know how to use it. . . when washing with the gentle or hand cycles I would like to be able to use a heavy spin for a short time. The medium spin doesn't remove enough water that I'd like to have spun out. For instance, a plush cotton bath rug gets washed in gentle cycle but it is sopping wet when taken out. Is there any way I can get it spun out better?

Quiet Washer

I love that this washer is so quiet! I also love that it has a child safety lock feature! I feel like I can truely customize each load that I wash, which is nice and on the extra high spin cycle, it leaves clothes almost dry. I'm definitely very happy with this purchase!

We bought the matching set. Takes a bit of getting use to, but the clothes come out cleaner. So far my only complaint is the end of cycle jingle is way to soft, need to be a ultra high setting for it.
If you want to wash pillows, use only one pillow at a time and 2 towels, otherwise it will never be able to balance and spin it out. But did a great job on them once we figured out the trick. So far very quiet, and the cats love to watch it go!

LG front loader is a great machine (WM2101HW)
Tired of top loaders, breaking down, destroying clothes and not performing up to my expectations.
Decided to change up my purchasing pattern and try a front load machine.
I heard great reviews about the "LG" brands!
Purchased the WM21010HW, and this machine is a blessing to have in my home.
The alternate wash rotation works extremely well!
This machine uses very little water yet produces very clean clothes!! and the HE detergent goes a long way in this model. How can you go wrong.
The spin cycle really gets the excess water out of any material and that saves us a ton of money in electricity especially when we use our electri dryer.
Can't thank LG enough for this clothes washer design.
One other item - This model washer is recognized by the Denver Water Commission for it's low usage of water and electricity, the Water Commission has allowed a cash rebate for this model.

Great Product

I just received my washer and dryer pair on Saturday morning and I love it already. I was impressed with how quietly they run. They get the clothes really clean and do not twist and contort them. I'm sure I will find more good things about it as I have it longer.

I bought this machine because I'd read how beautifully it cleaned. That has not been my experience. My white laundry doen't come out any cleaner than when I put it in the machine. Two repairmen have been here but because the machine runs through the cycles, they say nothing is wrong. Any woman I have shown my 'whites' to has agreed with me. I have washed a white sock seven times and it is still gray on the bottom. Also, you can not just run the machine to spin without a rinse. It may be efficient for water and electricity, but what good is it if my clothes aren't clean?
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
