I shopped around and searched the web, checking out reviews, prices and options. I settled on this model. I purchased it two weeks ago and just LOVE it! I mean, come on, whats NOT to love? It's sleek, inovative, efficient, among many other things. I washes laundry 100 times better then my old machine, uses less water, less soap, and does a better job. I am so happy I chose this model.

Avoid this Washer

When it looks like your wash load has completed, do not take out your clothes. Instead, open the soap drawer to see if it is empty. If you see a still full soap or softener cup, then you need to restart the load. Do not bother to try to use the fastest spin speed - you could put china in the washer and it would come out unbroken - because it spins slower than hand revolutions. The next highest spin speed does work.

Cons: does not always wash/complete the selected cycle

A very solid piece of equipment. The unit handles a ton, it cleans great and looks good too. After countless hours of research, I decided upon this washer and haven't thought twice about the decision yet. Very efficient, great buy!

An excellent choice

I love my new LG washer. It has an amazing array of features and it does an outstanding job of getting our clothes clean. The cycles are lengthy, but the results are worth it. The machine is quite, and there is very little vibration due to its anti-vibration technology. It does require more attention than a top-loader, since you have to dry off the door, the drum and the rubber gasket, but again, the extra attention is worth the improvement.

The washer works well, it gets out an amazing amount of stains. I absolutely love the sanitary feature. I cloth diaper and this feature is awesome for cleaning diapers and cleaning rags.

We have had out new washer and dryer for about 3 months now and have absolutely no complaints. What a great value for the price. We had been researching washer n dryers and none seemed to compare to the value and quality of the LG. It is great to get a load of laundry out of the dryer even before the washer is done with the next load.

A Whole New Happy Experience-

It was a whole new experience for me to not have a top loader. I really LOVE how clean things get --I would not have thought that without the beating of the agitator. And I also love the big capacity. We now own 4 LG products----have no complaints and will stay an LG consumer!!!!
