[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased last year on Black Friday, still have my doubts about the Direct Drive Technology, motor has 10 year warranty so when its stops working, I'm putting LG to the real test & hope they send a tech to come out & service/repair or replace parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice looking washer I really did like it and it worked great up until a month ago it started linking water I did not realize the severity of the link until a technician looked at it and we saw that the bearings were ruined along with the other few things The water kept getting in the back of it which was causing a shake which threw it out of balance which damaged a lot of other things You know sort of a domino effect
In regardless, regardless of the age of the machine it's based off of when the machine was purchased and plus they have a 10-year warranty on it on top of that it says it right on the machine and I think that they should stand by it without giving their customers such a hassling time
In no matter who has the parts and how they're fixed as long as the parts are available it should just get done and that would be that Rather than putting customers through all this drama about getting their machines fixed I have a Frigidaire washer I bought that in 1999 It's still going strong No problems with it whatsoever
The LG is a more recent machine and get is having all these problems in collusions and I don't know it may be it was just a bad machine but I know those seals once they go bad it can affect a whole lot of other things the spindle shaft the bearings the shocks the tub and causing rust all over the place because of that water is just dripping all over the place and it's so sad so sad

Lazy and unhelpful in less than 10 mins was out of the house and just to say oh .. we don't make those parts and we can't get them ... that cost us 130 use for diagnostics .....

I am a Massage Therapist and do a lot of sheets. My last LG lasted 12 years of heavy use and I was so happy to replace with another!! The new one has even more room than the old large capacity!! I love it!!
