We really like our washer. It holds alot more than our other washer did . it is very easy to use. Our only complaint is that when we put in clorox it leaks out the front where you put it in. I have cleaned it out per instructions, but it still does it. Overall we like it and also our dryer.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

*I got this washer and matchng dryer a year ago and I love both of them, I love the way it washes and especially the spin cycle is amazing, it does my king quilt perfectly,and the towels don't take hours to dry anymore in the dryer..........

I have had this machine a year now and can't say anything bad about it. It runs quietly, easy to use, you can select options for the cycles. It spins very well, towels are almost dry, which saves dryer time.
It even looks classy with all the lights reminds me of a cockpit in a plane.
I will purchase another product made by LG when needed.

i have owned other front loading washers in the past, but none compare to my lg product. it performs as advertised and cleans clothes very well. the 3.5 cu. ft. capacity is perfect for our family, and the ease of use is very welcome to all in the household.

I have had this model for 9 months and love it! The capacity is large, it washes and spins well and it offers many options such as spin speed, soil level, etc. It also has the Tub Clean function. In addition to doing my laundry well, it is a delight to use with its pretty displays and chimes for when the laundry is done. I also love that it gives you the total amount of minutes the load will take.

will have had our washer for almost a year now and as of this point and time, it has been a great purchase. Love the efficiency, how little water, detergent, etc it uses. Clothes are clean and not mangled. Really love it.

Best Washer I've Ever Used

I've owned this washer for a year now and have found it to be the best washer I've ever used. It is quiet and easy to operate. I always wash with cold water and it never has a problem cleaning the clothes. The end of cycle chime is pleasant, not grating as some others can be. I love that it provides a time for the cycle to complete to help with scheduling loads with a shared dryer in my building. I also like that the gasket of the front door does not have a large well like some other front loaders that can catch and trap small items like socks during the cycle. The spin is awesome -- it spins the clothes nearly dry to minimize dryer time. It also has a very spacious drum to accommodate larger loads.
