So Far So Good

This Is a Very Nice Machine it's very easy to use, We own it for just under a month and so far so good, We are very happy with it, it does a very good job cleaning. It does make a different noise that out old washer didn't but it is due to the rollerballs inside the drum .We Purchased this to replace our last washer 2001 Maytag Neptune(Junk) The LG is So Much Better in every way.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Best Purchanse EVER

I already had a good washer and dryer but since we have a well we wanted a front loader to save on water as well as on our septic system. I bought this set in November and it has been the best purchase ever . The washer is so quite and uses hardly any water. It makes a delightful chime when its done. We bought the set and the dryer is wonderful it uses less the half the time to dry my clothes normally i would dry for 90 minates now a load drys in only 44. I get done with my laundry so fast it just amazes me.It makes doing laundry a joy and im done before i know it. It looks great and does a wonderful job iam soo thrilled that i got this set.At first i wondered how it could get cothes clean with less water well color me HAPPY because it really does! Yes without a doubt this is by far the best purchase ive made.I only regret not buying the pedestalls .
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, the delightful tune it plays when its done

Great Purchase

This is my 1st front load washer. I Love it. It's very quiet. I can fit alot of clothes in one load. clothes are very clean and it uses minimal water. I like how you can pause the cycle & open the door with no water coming out. I only had one load that got off balance during the spin(sheets were heavier than the comforter had to remove comforter and spin sheets by themselves). I use the spinsense feature. Now I need a new dryer. I won't hesitate to buy an LG!

Close are C L E A N with a minimum of water,soap and electricity. I have had the washer and dryer for 2 months. I am very pleased. I like the ease of use and performance better than any washer that I have owned in the past.

FANTASTIC BUT TAKES GETTING USED TO

This washer takes getting used to when you switch from a regular washing machine. I love it. At first you question whether your cothes are really getting clean. We bought it because of using less water since we are on a well. Once you get over the less water/clothes clean hangup, it is great. Everything DOES get clean. It spins clothes exceptionally dry so you do not have to run the dryer as long. It is also very quiet! The most noise we hear is the opening and closing of the water lines as it adds water. I had to buy a new dryer 5 months before (bought a conventional one) and am trying to find an excuse to purchase the matching dryer.

Great Washer, but...

Great washer. Cleans great. However it needs an interior light (like the dryer has) because it's easy to leave a sock or something in the back.
In addition the machine moves a lot. I have anti-vibration feet and it still hops all over my garage. And whenever it starts a cycle it loudly starts and stops its water supply.
Pros: easy to use

We have had this washer for 2 weeks now. Washing is so much fun and easy! This machine rocks! Right out of the box it was simple to figure out. I have washed pillows, sleeping bags, blankets, and jackets in addition to normal everyday clothing. Wash times are about the same except when using the sanitary cycle. That takes about 1:30. Normal loads are about 55 minutes. Water usage and detergent is cut down in half though. Clothes appear to be getting cleaner. Whites that had that dinge to them seem to be whiter. After washing for the day I dry the gasket and leave the door open to air dry the drum. No mildew smells. We replaced a broken top load agitator. I would highly recommend this machine! You will find excuses to wash. It's that fun!
