Purchased 3 months ago. This is my first HE washer. My first impression was that it was designed to save water. It probably saves energy too, but that was a by-product of saving water. The wash time is longer, but not a problem. Dryer time is shorter since the high spin speed removes so much water. The clothes are clean! We're happy with it. The well was going dry, but this washer and two new low-flush toilets are extending the life of the well.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design, saves water

I bought the washer dryer set on sale on Black Friday, so I got a great price. I have them stacked and they are quiet, fast, fantastic. great product so far.

great investment

I done alot of research and watched the Black Friday adds. We are a family of 4 with two being preteen boys so laundry is a big thing for me. This was one of the best investments I have made. We got the matching set and both are very easy to use. This has easily cut my laundry in half. I would reccomend to anyone.

The washer gets off balance a lot. Service has been out 4 times to check it. Like the capacity.

Our washer and dryer both died on us and we were looking for a washer and dryer that would fit our budget and have the features we were looking for. We found all of that in this washer. I would recommed this washer to anyone who would ask.

I bought this washer to replace a washer of unknown age. I got it 12 years ago from my sister and it was in the house when she moved in. The new LG is like night and day. Very easy to use and very quiet. Only down side is that it weighs three times what the old one weighs. A struggle getting it in the basement, but well worth the effort.

Read many reviews before our purchase and based upon those, took the plunge and made the purchase. We stacked our units, am short so was concerned about seeing the dryer controls, but no problem. No problem with vibrations, lots of options on panel for settings, all in all very happy with choice. We just leave the door open after last load until next day, so have had no problems with smell (as mentioned in some reviews). Have had it for couple months now and like others have said, it's fun to do the laundry ~ also love the chimes at the end of cycle! Highly recommend this unit, also got the matching dryer.
