good, but could have been great

first things first, this is a wonderful machine,
once setup everything is very intuitive and you really don't need the manual to figure it out.
the machine is fairly quiet, and the alarm is loud enough unless it's a couple of rooms away.
the setup was actually allot more annoying then it needed to be. the leveling tools bolts are to small for an adjustable wrench, and the wrench that comes with it bends and becomes useless.

This is our second HE Washer, and it is definitely an upgrade. Features, ease of use, efficiency, capacity....it has it all. I'm a little surprised by the trap/clean out at the bottom, as most washers these days do that automatically. But, it's worth the minor inconvenience!

Compared to my 12 y.o top loader,love the amt of water I'm saving and how much water is spun out of clothes, so my electric dryer is running less.I can control the spin speed for some delicate clothes.Can run a quick load in about 30min.

This washer is one of the best investments we have ever made. The money and time that it saves is wonderful. You can do loads twice the size or more of our old heavy duty top load washer with less than half the water. That alone will save money not to mention how clean the laundry comes out. The drying time is also awesome because the washer takes so much of the moisture out before the clothes go into the dryer. Excellent product could not be more pleased.
