It cleans great, but it's very low. We didn't purchase the drawers for underneath because of cabinets directly above the washer and dryer. We may end up getting those in the future.

Broken twice already and it's only been 11 months!

Thankfully I bought an extended warranty on this machine. It's not worked properly for the second time in a week and a half of the last service call! I am SO tired of buying major appliances that do not last! I was so thrilled when I bought it because it's HE and a great water saver, supposedly kind to the environment. But the simple fact that it has failed me twice in less an a one month period really makes me angry! Today I got the LE error message the first time and then it overfilled with water then I got the NF error code letting me know it did not fill with water (even though it did!). I need therapy after dealing with this washer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They need to have a manual feature so users can actually set the time for each cycle according to their needs. The water level is too low for bulky items that are very light, like two pillows. Followed pillow manufacturer's directions and put two in by themselves and the water level was not sufficient enough to wash these items correctly. Disappointed that Samsung could have done a better job for next to nothing in cost, but they didn't.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this washing machine!! My wife and I have run all the programs available on our washer. It performed flawlessly!! Impressive cleaning ability using Deep Steam function, years of ink mist and grime dissapeared from my heavily soiled clothing. The sanitizing feature also was impressive all our bedding,bath towels,and anything else we washed using this feature are like brand new.

WE installed this a few months back and have had no problems. Easy to use, washes very well while using less water and electricity than our older machine. Clothes come out nice and clean.

I bought the Samsung washer and it has performed amazing. It is way more efficient on using water, user friendly, and has soo many features it can do almost anything. I have had the washer for 8 months and have had no problems. I highly recommend this product.

Great features - my favorite feature is the delayed start. I load in the morning and set it to be finished when I get home work.
After I purchased it, I had second thoughts about the steam feature on the washer (the steam dryer is a must) but now that I've had it for awhile, I'm glad I got the steam washer. I does clean better.
