First front load washer and Samsung product and we love it. Super quite I have to put my ear against the machine to verify its running. we love it so much that we threw out the old dryer ad went and bought a new Samsung.
Pros: quite, large capacity, looks great, water saver
Cons: a little pricey
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this for quite some time now and it does wash great. It takes longer than I originally thought, but it does use a lot less water and electricity than other washers I've owned. I do have an issue when washing towels, as I think the weight is too much and the washer stays on the spin cycle and never stops. I've contacted Samsung about this and will update.
