Looks nice and convenient size

I am pleased with my purchase of this unit. The design makes it easy to fit more inside and easier to find. I love how it looks and it is a good quality and performs great. My only complaint would be that the exterior is a little difficult to keep clean of smudges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very poor quality

We purchased this fridge to put in our home right before we moved out. We were renting it, and thought a new fridge would cause less worry. Wrong. Our first tenant complained that it frosted over a lot, and it wasn't very cold. Thankfully, we purchased an extended warranty, because at just under 3 years old, a new tenant lost 2 loads of food in a row! It froze over, and the thermo control had to be replaced twice. Fast forward 8 months, and it started it again! The warranty company is completely reimbursing us for the fridge because they have spent more than the purchase price on repairs just in the last year!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great look...not very roomy

Wishing the ice maker had been on the door like the last Whirlpool frig we bought. Seems like the freezer is non-existant with the amount of space the ice maker takes up. Otherwise, like the design...nearly identical to our old frig, except it's stainless steel.

It's a decent unit for a stainless front fridge, The water filter is in an easy access location, and the reminder to replace the filter is a plus. Temperature controls are accurate. Looks good and operates well.

This refrigerator was well priced and great quality! It would have been nice to have the ice maker on the door so there could be more shelves but besides that we are very happy.

Over the years, since my wife and I are both 70, there have been 4 brands of appliances that are good, BUT, Whirlpool has been the best of them all. We have two refrigerators, one is 35 years old and still going. We replaced our 24 year old one in the kitchen that could have been repaired, but we opted to upgrade that one with a new side-by-side that has the cubed AND crushed ice feature. I think this one will outlast us.

Our family purchased the Whirlpool side by side recently. We wanted doors that opened all the way. We wanted the shelves and drawers that were easily removed for cleaning. The water dispenser and water filter were also very important to us. The overall style fits in great with our decor. Our new Whirlpool is perfect for our family.
