A Solid Blu-Ray/Media Player

The best player of HD Media and Blu-Ray Disc. Can you name a blu-ray player that has at least an internal 1GB for BD-Live and Wifi N?
Disc load time is less than 8 seconds and another selling point: Netcast provides the Internet streaming trifecta- Netflix, Cinema Now and above all YouTube. Bonus! I can stream media on my home network.
DVD upconverting is great enough that it isn't a pain to wait for your favorite moives to finally come out on Blu-ray.

Great player, great value

This player does everything, and it does everything very well. Plays BR discs flawlessly, upscales standard DVDs flawlessy, streams movies from Netflix and CinemaNow flawlessly. Looks great, though its construction borders on a little flimsy. Nevertheless, the proof is in the pudding and it's here: this player is a great value and SO easy to use out of the box. I love it!

Perfect machine for watching movies, downloading from internet and sharing pictures and music from your home network and all this very easy to set up

- Blue ray quality to notch.
- Vudu image and sound is great, the upgrade was simple.
- Netflix service is a great bargain, surround sound would be nice.
- Could benefit from a streaming audio service. Maybe in a future update.

Excellent Player

This is my first Blu-ray player. I thought it was real easy to set up and get going. I enjoy the Netflix and You-tube function of it. I haven't played a Blu-ray disc yet, but I am looking forward to trying it out.

Wonderful addition to home theater

The BD390 has been a wonderful addition to my home theater system. The wireless-N networking feature is great for those of us who don't cram our home theater next to our computer/router. I've watched countless Netflix feature movies (over 10,000 available for streaming directly to your computer) and registering the device for use on services such as Netflix is a breeze. With the recent addition of Vudu to the systems program set, users can now experience even more streaming opportunities directly to their BD-390.

Setup is a snap, and the quality is superb. We have Netflix and the streaming is fantastic. YouTube access, too. Overall, this is a great unit, well worth the price.

Still getting familiar

Have had some problems with the audio interphase with Blue ray discs, The promos worked fine but when the feature began the sound was muted.
Pros: Features/Settings, Style/Design
Cons: Difficult to use
