We purchased our MX860 approximately 2 months ago to replace anothe all-in-one of another brand. We have been delighted with the MX860's performance. The ink cartridges last longer and are priced more practicable than what we had before. The quality is excellent. It was easy to set up and connect to our computer network. We would gladly recommend the MX860 to friends and family.
Pros: reliable, Compact Design, Easy Setup, durable, Low Ink Consumption, Lightweight/Portable, Sharp Tones & Colors, fast print speed, easy to use

From the moment I opened the "generation Green" box,I knew it housed a great product. The instructions were so very easy,and all the parts came with the product. No tools are needed,just read the manual .
The colors were great and the machine itself is very sturdy,well built,and provides great copies!
I really love how easy this AOL printer functions,as you can tell. Keep up the good work.And thank you for letting me say my piece!

It was a breeze to setup. It looks cool too. Fast printing but slow scanning to print. Overall, excellent product. Definitely recommend for purchase.

The printer was an easy set up and the print quality excellent. This is the first purchase of a Canon printer by me and to date it has been great.
Pros: Easy Setup, fast print speed, easy to use
Cons: Large Footprint

I have been struggling with ink issues; so far, so good with this printer. Also, the wireless feature is more helpful than I had expected. I'm very happy so far.
Pros: Low Ink Consumption, Sharp Tones & Colors, easy to use
Cons: Large Footprint, Heavy/Bulky

Works like a CHAMP! Had no problem hooking up wireless. Would like it if you could hook up wireless and USB instead of one or the other but not a big problem. LOVE this printer.

Best Printer Yet!

Purchased this unit to replace my ip5200 and all I can say is WOW! I have used Canon printers, scanners, and cameras for over 25 years and I have never had a complaint. This one, however, exceeded all of my expectations; it runs smooth and quiet, has low ink consumption, photo print outs are amazing as I am used to there being a slight difference in shade but this one matched my originals color for color! My hats off to the folks at Canon! You've got a winner!

Nice All-Around Machine

It does what it's supposed to do. I like the quality of the output, however, it does use plenty of expensive ink, even if you use the draft quality feature. I found the scaning feature to be a little cumbersome but I really don't use it much. This machine is used primarily as a printer and copier. I haven't used the FAX since I have a stand-alone FAX machine. For the price, quality of the output and relative ease of use, it's a good product.
Pros: really nice output, ease of use
Cons: uses expensive ink
