We did our research and glad we did. The picture is great and the sound selections is cool. ie: Trusurrond or clear voice. Showing my digital pictures on the tv screen is also lots of fun.

Finally!!

After 3 flat screen failures, we have finally found a TV that works as expected! We thought there was a problem at first until I printed out the manual and made a small adjustment. We are continually overwhelmed and pleased with the superior viewing quality of this TV! For a couple of older people who find new technology difficult at times, this TV made it easy for us.

Outstanding product

I already owned a 55" LG Flatscreen 1080p 120 hz and wanted another LG for my bedroom. I ended up with the 47" and it is wonderful. If ever I need another television I don't have to look any further then LG. Never have a problem with it and the picture and sound are everything they advertise. Installation was simple and took only about 10 mintues to set it up. Wonderful product and I'll be looking at their other products now.

Excellent TV

What a superb TV. I researched several TVs for months before making a purchase. The second I saw the LG 47LH40, I instantly knew I had found my new TV. It's been a few weeks since I bought it and the novelty still hasn't worn off. The 5/5 rating in all categories speak for themselves - it's an excellent TV!
