Pleasantly suprised

I've had this HDTV since Dec 26 and must admit I am pleasantly surprised at how good it looks. The HD channels just explode off the screen. Blue-ray movies blow your mind. My only complaint with the HDTV is the lack of audio outputs except for the Optical audio out. The prices was amazing for what I got.
Pros: Quality, easy to use, Performance

This is by far the Best LCD TV I have seen for this kind of money.Pictures and sound are all good.I enjoy watching this set.

Perfect Fit

I bought my lg 42lh30 after lots of research and patiently waiting for LCD TV prices to settle down. Contrast ratio rating was the winning factor for choosing this TV. The remote is simple and intuitive. The picture is beautiful. My cousin has a larger LG and I was blown away by the picture quality so I had an idea of what to expect. I was very pleased when I plugged in the HDMI connection and viewed my first HD channel. Wished it had a S-video input but I can live without it.

I was very nervous to buy a new TV but once I saw this model, I knew I had to have it! The picture is awesome, the set-up was simple and the features can't be matched. VERY pleased!!!

Bring her home for the first time had many mixed emotions. Part of me wanted to shed a tear, part of me wanted to shout for joy. I got it all set up (very easy set up, took 10 minuits) and I am very pleased with my purchase. The ONLY thing I would recommend to improve while KEEPING the same price, would be to add a Audio Out Feature!

Great TV for the money. Its not the most expensive TV. It has a great picture and even sounds good. I can't wait for them to come install my Direct TV HD! There are only two things that I am dissappointed about. One is there is only optical audio out, no other audio outs! And two It only has one set of Component inputs. It needs at least two. Like I said I can't wait untill I can connect it up with the HDMI.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design
Cons: no analog audio outs would be a nice addition.
