I have wanted a new TV for some time and i finally got what i was looking for. My new LG is awesome to say the least. Quality is stupendous and the features are exactly what you want and need. Thank-You LG for putting out a great set.

Sharp, crisp picture

When we first turned this on, it was incredible. The colors and crispness of the picture was like no other. I've always had to mess with the sound setting on the other TV, but the sound on this one is perfect. I'm hoping my other TV's die soon, and one already has. We will be buying another LG very soon

The picture quality in this set is amazing. There are tons of advance options to customize the picture. It also has several energy saving settings and has a sleek design. If you are looking for value for your money go for it.

All the bang for none of the buck

When I was searching for my first LCD television I already was impressed with the LG name from my time in Iraq where we had a lot of LG appliances. These things took a beating and worked flawlessly. So I targeted LG for my television and I went right into the store and asked for the LG42LH30. When I got it home I was impressed from day one. The ease of use is extraordinary with simple menus that just get the job done. The picture is crisp, clear and brilliant. It is a perfect television mounted on my wall that even my girlfriend can manipulate from the multiple inputs. I will always buy LG televisions after this experience when I upgrade from 42" to larger.

I have enjoyed the 42 HD TV so far. The picture quality of the LG is good. I looked for quite some time between brands before I purchased the LG. A little quirk I noticed about the LG is the time it takes between switching channels to load the picture is short relative to other brands. That actually mattered to me.

I had looked for a long time for a LCD TV that was within my budget. The picture is the clearest that I have seen. With the manual on a DVD it was easy to setup. I would recommend this TV to anyone,

Great video Quality

I have my 42LH30 hooked up to a cable box with an HDMI cable and the picture quality is outstanding in HD. The TV speakers still have a little to be desired. I have hooked up external speakers through a reciever to get the surround sound quality.

I love this TV the picture is great and the ease of use is excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the sound. But I guess thats why they make surrond sound. I also really like the energy saving feature. Wonderful tv for the price!
