This is an AMAZING television and an incredible price! Picture is super bright and super sharp, tons of features/options, swivel base, and all on an "entry" model!!!
I did extensive research/shopping around before buying this model, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it still, 4 months after purchase. Nothing else in this price range came CLOSE to this level of performance!
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, Style/Design, easy to use

What a great tv, I love the picture, the sound and its the perfect size. Its easy to use, has enough hdmi and other plugins in the back for blue ray and game consols or dvd players. This tv is pretty much idot proof almost plug it in and use it right as you turn it on, the picture quality is fantastic and it has the sound quality to match it.

I've had this TV for several months now, and I'm very happy with it. The only complaint I have is that I'm sometimes a little impatient while I'm waiting for it to turn on, but it's really not THAT bad. My favourite feature is that it swivels on the stand, which works perfectly in my living room when we have our sectional couch full of people - very easy to adjust so that everybody can easily see the TV from wherever they sit.

After doing a lot of comparison online I ended up with this model and am happy. The picture quality is very good. I can do a lot of fine calibration. I found a cheat sheet online and the pictures look pretty good. Not very fond of the sound quality though. I would have wished that it also came with a digital coaxial output in addition to the optical out. The VGA input was a bit flimsy but I won't worry about it. I have it hooked to my blu ray player and the pictures comes out nice in 1080p. I love that they have a separate energy savings button in the remote. It also comes with simplink

I bought this LG 42LH30 to keep me entertained while recovering after surgery.Grea tpicture but could use a sound bar to enhance the buit-in speakers. Would like all TV remotes to have back lit buttons, but otherwise very sarisfied.

I love my TV its the best TV that i have ever had. I have tha hdmi hooked to a satilite box. It has the best HD pitcure that I have ever seen. Also the audio is out standing.

This is my first flat screen HD television purchase. I absolutly love the quality of my LG. It is the best television product on the market today. Since this purchase I have purchase in 3 more in various sizes. I recommmend LG to everyone that wants quality, ease of use and the best clear picture ever. I love my LG's.
