I believe it is the best filter system on the market. There is room for improvement, but right now it is the best that I know of.

Is there an expiration date on these filters? The 2 remaining filters from my last order both leak from the blue gasket when first used. This also happened from a previous order and you kindly replaced the filters. Does age alter the integrity of the gasket? Is there something about storage conditions (top shelf of linen closet) that causes the gasket to malfunction? I order 12 filters at a time; just got a new order from you. What can be the problem? I love Zero Water; don’t want to be without it!

We apologize for the issues with the O-Rings on those 2 filters, an order has been placed to have those replaced. Also, the filters are non-perishable.

Great product!!. I love being able to buy these in bulk. Although, the 16 count came up about a week after I brought the 12 count. I was not happy about that. I would like to know more about the recycling program
