I never thought water could taste so good! These filters are amazing and last about 4-5 months here in NYC. I am so glad that I made the switch from Britta to Zero! The only thing that I had trouble with the replacement filter is that it doesn't seal as good as the filter that originally came with the pitcher. I just needed to tighten it a bit more so that it would seal off better. Now all is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Way overpriced

So far I have always found the entire pitcher cheaper than the filter itself. Doesn't seem to say any plastic over bottled water/ I kept the last two pitchers to water plants, But I don't need anymore so they will start going in the trash
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An 8 Pack of filters is $99.99 which is about $12 per filter, certainly cheaper than a pitcher. Throwing away a pitcher every time would be extremely wasteful; we do agree with you on that.

This filter is not your mom's old filter pitcher. It takes a little longer for the water to get through the 5 stages of the filter but it's worth it. Our water is clean and tastes great and it's reassuring to have the digital tester to confirm the status of the filter.

Replacement filters should have the mdeol number listed. How do we know if we're grtting the correct filter?
