Stops filtering when Pitcher is only half full...

Love these but every time I buy Bulk I get a least one and sometimes 2 filters that do not filter fast enough and stops filtering when the reservoir is only half full. I hate calling for one or 2 filters fr replacement. Quality control needs to step up their game and get with the program. Yeah its easy to end out replacements but how bout a perfect 12 pack for once.

I am so amazed at how clear and clean the water tastes, it puts bottled water as just an alternative if I can’t get to my zerowater. The filters purchased are an example of how much I like your product and how long I plan to keep it!

Usually last about 1 month for 2 people who drink a lot of water.
I wish there was a way to get either a core charge, or a way to recycle them. Shame to throw them away.

Everything was received well. I have been having difficulty in getting the water to start flowing through the filters and it was necessary to initiate the flow by using a turkey baster to suck the air bubbles from the top of the filter. I have had these units for four years now and would recommend them to anyone who needs to filter their water. They have eliminated the lake flavor of the water hear in Saint Paul
