These filters have a very low lifespan. They all lasted only 2 weeks before the water started tasting sour, the reading was only 003. The water drips extremely slow. Fishy taste and container smell like fish.

Just purchased a new batch a 12 filters and none of them fit my zero water filters! I’ve been using Zero water products for 8 years - this is the first issue I’ve had with their filters…they changed the size and it no longer fits - I even bought a new pitcher and the filter it came with doesn’t fit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the new filters generally if you give the filter a good solid extra quarter turn to the right and it will seal up right away. Do not be concerned with over tightening the filter. If you encounter a filter that simply will not seal no matter how tightly you have screwed in certainly give us a call and we will replace it for you. 1-800-503-2939

These filters do an outstanding job!
If you think your kitchen faucet water is ok, you should try filtering it through a ZeroWater filter. I think you’d be surprised at how much better it tastes.
The customer service is amazing, too. My order ran into some difficulties with the shipping, and the service advisor got right on the case (no pun intended). I was delighted with the outcome.
The ZeroWater company shows that they care for their customers and will do their best to make them happy.

I have used the Zero Water filtering system for at least two years and have been happy with it. I use it to make coffee and have found the pitcher a bit unwieldy because of arthritis, but I purchased a round 10 cup pitcher that helps with that problem. There are many pitchers available depending on your needs. Also, check the website for deals on filters.

Love my Zerowater! I have had it for 5 years. Our water is good (62ppm) but this makes it taste better (0ppm). The 12 filters will last me a little over a year.

Thank you for your feedback on our recycling program. I have forwarded your email to our marketing department that oversees recycling. In the meantime ZeroWater filters are made from #5 plastic and are accepted by most recycling companies.
