When it works, it's great and water tastes good but that slow water flow/air bubble thing is a reall nuisance. Can't seem to get in a day when we don't have to squeeze air bubbles out or unscrew/screw the filter back in. Also filters are not cheap, for 3 adults maybe 1 filter per month at best.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.
ARE YOU KIDDING??? A couple of days ago you gave me a refund of my order without explanation. I received NO filters.

Apologies for the inconvenience, the order was returned to us by FedEx. The order was refunded in error when we should have reshipped. Please give us a call to reorder.
Do you know why ice in drinks from fast food restaurants taste so good that you end up consuming all the ice even though you drank all the soda? It is because commercial ice makers make ice free of impurities, the cubes are pure water. That's is what you get with Zero Water!
The value of this purchase is only trumped by the 16-pack. I love that if you have a premature filter failure, they stand behind that filter and replace it! I had one once that died in a week (mine typically last 39 days!) and they sent a replacement! Talk about great customer service.
Love the ZeroWater system, which I have used for about four years, with no troubles. Water definitely tastes better than from sink or even refrigerator, which has a filter too.
The Consumer Lab tests are making me wonder about Zerowater. You really need to figure this out and explain it in a convincing manner. Their tests show that the Zerowater filters insert a huge amount of micro-plastics into the water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Contrary to the Consumer Labs report, our EPA certified lab show that our filter removes micro plastic, with an overall reduction percentage of 99%. We duplicated the Consumer Labs test and confirmed that our ZeroWater filter has nothing to do with this issue, however, when the pitcher is not properly washed per instructions (clean your pitcher in warm water using mild soap, and dry thoroughly), we did get similar results. We are in the process of making the washing instructions more prominent and also ensuring that our factory is adhering to our high standard of quality. The quality of our products and the safety of our customers are of utmost importance to us.
