The Zero water tastes so fresh and clean. I've been using it for several years - switch from Brita which does almost nothing. A friend with a liver transplant was told no tap water/no Brita but Zero water was acceptable. Exclusively used for drinking and brewing tea (the tea is clear, not cloudy). I use the 40-cup unit (but I raised it for ease in filling glasses). My filters last about a month.
We ordered zero water filters from the company website. When they arrived, the label said they were made in Istanbul. The first two filters immediately showed that they tested as reading 094 on the meter supplied by the company.

Your order was placed on Amazon, not zerowater.com. The filters you received are counterfeit, all ZeroWater products are manufactured in Mexico. Not Turkey.
The zero water filter is the only filter that I have found that removes as much contaminated from the water. It also improves the taste and works quite well in coffee makers!
The zerowater system has been in our house for a few years now. Prior we had used another product. The zerowater quality is equal to the best bottled water you can buy and superior to that other product. There is a slight tradeoff in that when you first open a filter it can go really slow so if we will be having company we need to fill a few pitchers early, or just provide bottled water. It comes with a nice meter to tell you how many invisible floaties are in your water. We don't need that as we can taste when the filter is filling up. It's that big a difference. There are two in our household, we use the zerowater for drinking of course, to make soups and other meals, but not for boiling things. Each one lasts us about 6 weeks.
