I love your product but your filters are defective at times. The water will not filter; shaking and squeezing them does not do the trick. I’ve had between 4-8 filters malfunction.

The filter really removes particles from tap water. I have tested our Zero water and compared to distilled water and Zero water is as good if not better. This system is much more affordable alternative filters.
