I have been using zero water for 10+ years. I really enjoy it. I never had a problem with replacement filters until my last order of the 12 pack. I understand you’re refurbishing filters. I assume in the past 10 years I received them before. However, in this last order: the plastic threads where I am to attach it to my unit are damaged, they’re not pristine. I cannot get the filter seated correctly to have the threads turned in and align correctly. I am going to call management about my problem.

Our tap water has a lot of agricultural runoff and tastes awful. These filters really improve the taste! The only problem is we have to replace them quite frequently- about every 3 weeks. We feel it’s worth the money knowing there is no lead in our drinking water!
I first started using zero water pitches and filters about 5 years ago and they worked GREAT. It’s been just within the last year that they’ve been going downhill. The TDS number has not changed for our water, but our filters are only lasting a week or two at a time, when before they were lasting a month. This has been extremely disappointing because I’m constantly changing the filter.

I don’t understand why it has to be in the HEAVY THICK plastic……why can’t you just sell the stuff inside and give the customer a reuseable plastic container?
It's so easy to filter water with. The taste is neutral. No taste at all and thats what i want. Filters are so easy to change out. Coffee and drinks taste like coffee and drinks not chlorine aftertaste.
disappointed with the quality of the filters, yet again. The filters need "burped" daily in order to filter the water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
