I was so happy to get these after having to buy and use a ZeroWater pitcher for the last few months, since these were unavailable in the pandemic. My Brita pitcher is so very much easier to use than the ZeroWater one, which is top-heavy and a weird shape. The ZeroWater pitcher is also way over-priced.
I've been using Zero Water filter for the past 5 years and very happy with the fresh taste of my water. The filters ability and performance in reducing solid particles makes the water taste almost like spring water.
your product is awesome! The only thing I'm not happy is your service for recycling filters. It's not very convenient and there is no care about the environment. Hope you get improving!

Thank you for your feedback on our recycling program. I have forwarded your email to our marketing department that oversees recycling. In the meantime ZeroWater filters are made from #5 plastic and are accepted by most recycling companies.
The replacement filters, the heart of the Zerowater pitcher, are always well-made and do the job well. I have figured out an easier way to replace the filters. Unscrew the old one, which is easy. To attach the new filter, I hold the filter in one hand while the other hand keeps the piece the filter screws into firmly on a clean counter. This makes it easier to screw in the new filter without cross-threading.
