So far so good. Had Zero Water for about a month now. The water tastes great - so much better than our tap water or even the bottled water we've been buying. Went thru 1 filter already but that's because we ran thru a ton of bottled water just to get rid of it Hoping that a filter lasts a family of two adults about 2 + months.

I obtained a water report from my serving municipality and was shocked to find all the hazardous chemicals listed as "safe or acceptable" within their report! Zero Water's filtration system is a superior product compared to similar systems by removing 99.9% of all pollutants. I have peace of mind knowing that I am drinking the healthiest, best tasting filtered water on the market. I highly recommend Zero Water to all who want a healthier life.

Excellent but expensive filtering system. I use it for my CPAP humidifier in stead of distilled water. Use low cost prefiltered water (refrigerator filtered) to extend life of filter.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Filter life is based on the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the TDS reading the shorter the filter life and vice versa. Test your tap water and use the chart in the link below to determine the average number of gallons based on your specific tap water TDS reading.

You’ve taken away to purchase a 12 pack and therefore require me to pay more per filter to buy the 8pack. I’ve also noticed a decrease in quality in these filters as they don’t seem to last as long as they used to. To be honest, I’m looking for a replacement filtration system because it doesn’t really seem like ZeroWater cares about quality or customer satisfaction as I’ve brought several issues to your attention over the last few years and none of them have been addressed.

The bulk filter packages of 8, 12, and 16 are scheduled to return in late July. The manufacturing process and the technology of the filter has not changed in many years. It is possible the quality or chemical make up of your tap water has changed and this can certainly effect the life of the filter.

These filters do not work well for us. They filter the water greatly for at most a week and then we have to replace the filter. We have well water and because of that I just don't think these are a good value.
