We Love your Filters. we buy them every time we're out. But this last 16 we got seem to drain really slow compared to every other time we bought them and for some reason are TDS meter does not work anymore. But we Love Zero Water products. It really is a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not a problem with the filters but the tank and it's valve are an awful issue. They don't want to stop leaking around the gasket. the nut on the inside needs a bigger diameter as does the spout on the outside. Any suggestions would be most helpful because Iv'e tried about everything. And I bought 2 of the lg tanks, they both leak. Only solution I found is to only fill it 1/2 way.

The filter's efficacy is quite variable in regards to the number of gallons treated, from a low of 11 gallons to a high of 16 gallons. Could my city's tap water vary that much?

The TDS of tap water can certainly vary, depending on a variety of factors, including weather and changes in the way the water is treated by the municipality. Changes in the TDS reading of tap water will have an effect on filter life.
