I have been using ZeroWater filters for years. Most recent order of filters were hard to get started when screwing into the pitcher top.1st order with the foil top instead of the plastic cap.

I use my ZeroWater pitcher for medical; reasons. I need to rinse my sinuses twice a day with a saline solution. The solution is mixed with water. ZeroWater works perfectly. When the filter needs to be replaced, I notice the difference immediately in the water.

I love my zero water pitcher and purchasing in my filters through zero by water in is the best price if you want more then I be e at my a time. I do I am cuz closest store is 40 miles away so I order by the by the 8 packs. Good fast delivery. Great job guys thank you.
