Filters are defective they only last 1 to 2 weeks

The quality has changed. In the beginning a filter would last 4 to 6 weeks but now it lasts 1 to 2 weeks. So not cost-effective and I am going to cancel.

We stopped our bottle delivery and returned all our bottles and stand.
By far the best filters we have used. Test Zero Water against our other filter& you can see the difference.

I purchased the 8 pack filter and one of them is bad. Meaning as soon as I put it in there is a fish like smell in the tank and water we couldn't drink it. I know in the past that when the filter gets old it emits this odor. For the most part it is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This package arrived opened, and these filters don't last long at all. I really wanted to love this filter, but it is way too expensive to be worth it sadly.

Best tasting water around. My 12-year-old grandson thinks it’s the best water he’s ever drank, including the water at his house and any bottled water he’s ever had. He said it Tastes like water is supposed to taste.
