Excellent filters. Love testing the water with the monitor that tells me when it's time to change the filter.

The new filters leak in my pitcher.

The new filters are useless. They do not seal in my pitcher - only in my 5 gal unit. My old filter seals just fine in my pitcher, so it's not my unit. I knew when Culligan took this over the quality would drop.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Please call our Customer Service Team at 800-503-2939 or email customerservice@zerowater.com, we will be happy to assist.
the unit produces quality water, tastes better. I wished the company had a program with prepaid return for the used filters. I don't want credit for the return, just to help reduce wasted and encourage recycling.
Buying a bunch together may get a cheaper price per unit but they are not the same quality of the individual filter you get with the product I got two filters with the product and each lasted 10 days with my usage/water quality. When I used the filters from the 8 package order, each one is lasting only 6 days. So it’s not the same quality when ordered in a bunch. It’s the gimmick companies wouldn’t reveal.

All filters, whether original or replacement; are manufactured in the same way and the exact same factory. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be.
I only used one so far. Good thing is, it didn't leak. I've purchase Zerowater filters from third party vendors and everyone of them leaked bad. Buying direct is the best way to go .
As far as I can tell these work great at removing the majority of the toxic crud from our water. The particle monitor that came with the pitcher stopped working so it’s hard to measure when I need to change it. But we use it for all our drinking water and coffee water.
