My family drinks ALOT of water and we have zero complaints about these filters nor the nice glass dispenser they fit in! The dispenser looks great sitting on our counter and is quick and easy to access.

Defective filter

Once again I received filter that does not work. This has happened second time where I replaced my old filter with new one after period of use and new filter does not filter any water. Water quality and taste is really good but be prepared to throw away few filters a year without using it. It is already expensive and very hard to find family size of replacement filter due to current pandemic situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The filters work well, though it does seem to take a bit long for the water to filter through the tiny hole. Might you consider a design tweak to add a few more holes or make the one there larger?

Unfortunately one filter last by us about 4-5 gallons of water. Thats a very expensive water filtration system. Must be our well water, although its filtered , before reaches our sink. Otherwise the first few gallons taste really good.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. Some of our customers have used other, traditional filtration systems to treat the water prior to filtering through a Zero Water filter, in many cases that will cut the TDS level down enough to make the use of Zero Water more economical.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

My last filter only lasted FOUR DAYS before reaching a level 8!! Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.
