Great product. No taste. We have awful water, but with Zero water there is no aftertaste. I usually have to change the filter every 2 weeks, but well worth the cost. if you call in, they also recognize and compensate the Vet’s.

By far, the best water filter I've ever used. My water has no off flavors or odors, and the filters last quite a while before needing to be changed.

It works great, but you have to have strong hands to get the filter on tight or it’s useless, my husband has to tighten it for me. Also run your tap water for at least a minute or two before filling the reservoir, so the filter will last longer. I have to replace approx every two to three weeks.
