I’ve purchased filters from here before and the original info says to use filter model zr001. There is nothing on the packaging or your website that has model numbers and I see that other sellers have different numbers. I have the large countertop glass dispenser. How can I tell what model the filter is?

The entire class of ZeroWater Filters are fantastic. The filtered water taste great and I feel confident that I am drinking water free of harmful contaminants. But because they work so well, the filters also have to be changed regularly. Therefore, these multi-pack replacement filters are ideal to stock to avoid shortages. It also saves money to buy in larger quantities.

The filters work great and the water comes out clean and fresh. However, the filters are fairly expensive and don’t last too long. Also, there seems to be some variation in how long the filters last. In some cases I’ve had filters wear out in less than two weeks but others last over three weeks. Not sure if this is a quality control issue or something else.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be. Hence, since your consumption is never exactly the same and your tap water is rarely the exact same TDS level this will cause a variance in how long the filters will last from filter to filter.

Excellent fresh water solution for our family. I do wish however the company would not build-in the tested. For something used so seldom it is annoying to have it on top where it is constantly soaked with water. We took ours off but water settles in the space on top and can turn slimy.
