I love drinking our water after it's filtered w/ our Zero water filter. The taste is unmatched. I feel very good about giving this to my husband (who previously made lots of kidney stones) & my grandbabies who are developing & do not need chlorine or other noxious chemicals in their bodies.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. Some of our customers have used other, traditional filtration systems to treat the water prior to filtering through a Zero Water filter, in many cases that will cut the TDS level down enough to make the use of Zero Water more economical.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be.

Filters work great for about 4 weeks for my family of two. The big negative and only one worth noting, is they are too expensive. For the time you have been on the market, your methods of production, sourcing, and distribution, should have improved and helped to lower the cost of this product. Your management needs change and tuning to stay competitive.
