The water quality. Easy fill, easy clean, Great Customer Service. Ez tqo get new filters, Great savings program. What's not to live? Immediate quick response. Had it for almost a year now, wouldn't trade it for any other.

So a four pack is “out of stock”, but I can buy two “2 packs”. They are forcing people to by the two pack and pay more per filter.

Love my water!

I’ve used this for a few years and will not drink any other water again. My tap water tastes like I’m drinking pool water. Zero water is the best.

These filters last a fraction of the time Zero Water stated and then these clunky filters are tossed in a landfill (not recyclable). You're lucky if a filter lasts two weeks.

Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Filter life is based on the quality of the water being filtered. In areas where the TDS reading is high, filter life will be short. We do have some cost saving options available at https://zerowater.com/savings. You will also find informantion on our recycling program on this page.

The last two filters I've used seem to "fall apart" after limited use. I didn't count how many fills (less than 20) but all of sudden the filtration goes from 000TDS to 400+ and tastes sour. My water didn't taste sour before I filtered it. It begs the question, is there something in the filter that is leeching into the water? If so, what is it and are there any negative effects, besides taste?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inconsistent fit/never lasts as long as advertised

I live solo, so I am the only person using this pitcher. I track my water usage and it's pretty consistent day to day. I have had filters last a little over a week to about 25 days before the water starts tasting fishy or dirty and becomes undrinkable.
What's extra frustrating is that my TDS meter never reads above 000, yet the filters still go bad well before the lifespan Zerowater claims they should have. Based on my usage and tap readings, they should last longer than they do.
On top of that, I have had multiple issues with filter fit in my pitcher. One filter would not attach properly on the pitcher and water spilled through, so I had to toss it. Two other filters took 3 or 4 attempts before they finally fit snug enough to not leak a lot.
One filter didn't even last 9 days before the taste went bad.
Between the inconsistent (and shorter than advertised) lifespan and the frequent fit issues, these filters don't feel reliable, which is unfortunate because the water tastes amazing when it actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
