I have been a customer for about 5-6 years.you can really taste the difference in tap water and Zero water. The Zero water is very fresh tasting. I plan on being a customer for many more years.

I have four of these zero water containers. Our water is rated unsafe to drink for seniors and those under I think two years of age. The filters are generally speaking high-priced for someone on a fixed income but the quantity and price in this case were quite adequate.

We had our water tested before getting these filters by the local tester for water and were told it was drinkable and safe, but every time I drank it I tasted salt. Every filter I have tried it was the same salty taste. Then I got these and it took all of that away, but filters only last five times. Too expensive for me.

If there is a high concentration of salt or sodium in your water the ZeroWater filter will need to work extremely hard to get the reading in the water down to 000ppm. When the TDS level of the tap water is that high in dissolved solids filter life will be shorter than normal.

I welcomed the recent explanation for the change in taste when the filter wears out. I'd found the taste signal a useful reminder to use the water tester, but wondered what was going on. I've been refiltering any water with the taste, but I'd like more info about what is released from the beads.

Definitely makes our tap water taste better; however, due to our hard water, the filter only lasts 3 weeks (if that long). I would give a 5 star rating if I didn't have to strongly tap the pitcher several times to get the air bubbles out of a new filter, so that the water could run through.
