I like Zero Water but the filters are NOT flowing water properly, I have to remove collection chamber and set on top, above where it sets, to get water to flow through filter. Sitting where it belongs won't drain and filter water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The filters give good tasting water. However, they often get air or something in them and we have to slam the container down to get the air bubbles out so the water will go through the filter. Really annoying. Secondly, the lid of the 2 gallon container breaks (we've had three do that). I'd like to see a much better design, maybe a sliding port to add water instead of the flimsy hinge that easily breaks.

From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.

Some filters stopup way to early. Sometimes can get them working. Have thrown out several reasonably new pieces in the past. Really great when they work.

I love my zero water pitcher. Having a history of cancer, it is important to me to drink water that is free of toxins. I like that I was able to buy the filters in bulk.
