We bought a ZeroWater product after seeing them advertised on a TV ad many years ago. Our city water sometimes has an off taste & smell& is not pleasant to drink. We got the large container instead of the pitcher! After many years I still have the container and I dearly love it! I drink a lot of water & ZeroWater is the best! The filters work great & do exactly what they are advertised to do! One of the best investments we ever made!!!

Happy to have our Zerowater pitcher. Ordering replacement filters is fairly simple, but in the past have had to order smaller quantities because the larger pack is out. Many of the filters get air bubbles and that is frustrating to have to take the whole unit out of the pitcher and squeeze the filter to clear the bubbles. This happens more often the longer we own our pitcher.

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Excellent filter for clean water as many sources throughout the Northeast where I live are becoming toxic … these filters have 5 stages of contaminate removal! Definitely worth comparing to other filters out there!
