Tastes terrible

Water tastes musty, musky, definitely not great-tasting.
It also tastes very acidic.
Together these are unpleasant.
Returning unused filter.

High Cost and availability

I'm tired of paying a premium for ordering 1 or 2 filters at a time. Why can't the larger quantities be ordered?

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. After Zero Water filters have been exhausted and have not been changed, the water produced from the filter may have a distinct smell or taste and the TDS reading may be higher than your tap water. This is a result of the water passing over the “spent” Ion Exchange Resin beads. We have gone to great lengths in reducing that taste/smell in product development however this is simply a characteristic of filtering water with a Dual-Ion Exchange system.
In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.
If the life of your filter has changed recently this may be due to a decrease in the quality of your tap water causing the filter to expire faster than what you are normally use to.

Don’t last long. Water smells even if tester at 0

We’ve been using Zero Water for a few years. Recently, I change the filter and it’s all 0. Then, 2 or 4 weeks later the water from it has an unacceptable odor per my wife and I have to change it again. Our tap water is around 160 - 180

Love the water but the pitcher needs work

We love our water filtration system for the most part. The water taste great and cost less than many other filters and works better. However, the pitcher design itself needs work. I’ve broken two pictures already trying to get the plastic piece off so that I could change the filter. It’s very hard to get off without breaking and another thing is it’s very hard to lift the white piece out of the blue picture without breaking it. If the design could be better on the physical product it would be so much better but the filters themselves really work.
Also I just wanna say that I live in birmingham,Alabama on your website it says our TDS reading is around 112. My water reads 179. Birmingham has one of the most abysmal water filtration systems in the country. They’re probably giving you that number because they don’t want anyone to know how absolutely terrible of a job they doing cleaning our water.

Best Tasting Water

Can't say enough about how much I love my Zerowater. We drink more water than ever. The taste is great and I'm addicted. Even my dog loves the water and has been drinking more water. I highly recommend the larger dispenser, and keep it in the refrigerator.

I have two 30-gallon pitchers. I get exactly 30 days out of each filter and there are two of us that use it. We tried so many different products to get rid of the horrible chlorine taste in our water. This is the only one that makes my water taste like nothing. We can tell when the filter needs changing because we taste that awful chemical taste. I do wish the filters were a bit cheaper but you pay for quality I suppose.
