I didn't know we needed a water filter here in NYC until I tried Zero Water. Our water tastes so much better now and I am happy that the impurities of the tap water have now been filtered out. And the filters lasts quite a while so I don't have to purchase new filters very often. I think the price is worth it!
Great value!! Haven't even needed to use a new one yet.

I've gone through several filters and have yet to have an issue of any kind. I'm quite happy with the product. I have to question most negative reviews. Can't please everyone I guess...
I received these as a free replacement for an order I made a month ago. The first order left black sediment in my water. Customer service was responsive and I received the replacement within a week, but they have the same issue although it is getting slightly better (a week in only slightly grey water instead of nearly black). These are expensive for my lifestyle, but necessary because I don't have good water in my apartment building. I have had to put the water through a coffee filter and wash every piece before each fill.

I have a previous zero water large pitcher with the dispenser button/spigot. The blue plastic button came off of the stick so it leaks now and can't be used. Can I get it replaced or is there a way to repair it? I already ordered a smaller (pour-only) pitcher in the meantime.
My new filters had black water coming out. Both of the filters I ordered had issues. I did receive a replacement and they work fine. I'm certainly going to look at other manufacturers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
