I am very happy about my decision to try ZeroWater as a solution to bottled water, or a water service. If you could say that water has a taste, I can definitely tell the difference drinking ZeroWater - so refreshing. The savings is essential and buying the 16 Pack of filters was a no-brainer when it came to cost savings.

the first filter out of pack was very chlorine like tasting, I had to change it to another one and it improved a little but our tap water tastes better without it. My previous filters from ZeroWater tasted like fish after few weeks. These taste like chlorine. The instructions were followed.

Our city water is not that bad so that these filters each last quite a while. Folks do like the taste of the filtered water, so I now have filters that should last over a year at a good price per filter.
