Love the filtration system but I am having a problem with the filter although it is measuring 000 the water is taking a LONG time to filter through. Don't know why this is

The filter is a great way to purify my water, however it seems that sometimes too much air gets trapped in the filter and then the water doesn't filter through and gets stuck in the top water department.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While the filter does a great job, the giant glass container is a waste of money. Just use the pitcher and pour it into ball jars.

The filtration is great however. Having to take the entire top off to fill is a bit of a pain. I also have issues with the mechanism for poring. It has poor control and splashes everywhere.

I love ZeroWater! It’s filter is awesome! It’s amazing that the taste of tap water is so differ now. Drinking ZeroWater is refreshing & so much mor healthy for my body! Thank you ZeroWater water!

Great product! Filters work as advertised. We live in Phoenix where the water here has a lot of solutes unfortunately, so the filter only lasts about 2-3 weeks at most.

I received the filters i ordered and am pleased with their quality. I have been using my Zero Water pitcher for appeoximately one year and i have come to really depend on it for everything from making my morning coffee to cooking. I haven't had any issues with the quality of the pitcher or the filters. I am considering buying a larger capacity pitcher in the future.

No more lugging bottled water!

Aside from the aftertaste of our tapwater it is excellent quality, 024-028ppm. That was why I bought bottled water. What prompted me to purchase Zerowater was being sick and tired of lugging those cases of bottled water. Glad I did. Tasteless water taste sooo good, mmmm.
