I do appreciate the fact that the water is pure, but it takes way, way, way, way too long for the filter to process the water. I will continue to use it, but something needs to be done about the length of time it takes to process the water. The last time I used it it took two days, yes two days to fill the container!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.
Within several days the filter was not working and the water tasted acidic. My wife thought i was putting lemons in the water. It happened with both filters.

After having used this filter for a year now, I'll testify and say that this is the best quality filter for the money. Filters out so much heavy metals and poisonous materials from the tap which I use for my coffee. Great addition to the kitchen and will put your mind at rest that most of the toxic material in the water will be caught.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I live in Nevada with extremely hard water. this is the only filter I've ever used that completely improves the taste of my water and gets rid of 100% of the toxins
Filters both arrived cracked open and spilling little beads everywhere. I plan to make another purchase, and will update this review once I get the new items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
