Since I have been using zero water in my home, I have purchased three other systems of theirs. All other waters tastes weird to me. Water filtered through a zero water filter tastes better than any water. I’ve been using them for 6 years and don’t plan to stop.

I have been using water filters since about 1990, and ZeroWater filters are the best. Water tastes good, tests better than any of the others, it's much cheaper than bottled water...and tastes better.

Our new refrigerator has water filtration, but it can’t compete with ZeroWater. Our Huntington Beach tap water is horrible and we need to change our filters at least once a month. We have three Zero Water pitchers in the house and this is the only water we drink.

Filters do a great job; however, they only last 10 days in my area of NJ due to well water, causing the replacement cost to be quite high. If not for the occasional filter discounts, it is cheaper to buy good spring water.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. Some of our customers have used other, traditional filtration systems to treat the water prior to filtering through a Zero Water filter, in many cases that will cut the TDS level down enough to make the use of Zero Water more economical.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.
