Wonderful filtration system.I use this water for making coffee & watering my orchids. Great tasting water & orchids have improved! Just wish the filters lasted longer.
Love the product BUT SEEMS LATELY The Refill Filters do not last as long before the bitter Taste ( TIME T))CHANGE) OCCURS! I believe the water supply in Melbourne is well-rated for r FLORIDA.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Filter life can vary depending on changes in the quality of the tap water being filtered and the rate at which you consume water. In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water, use the meter to test your filtered water and change the filter when the meter reads 006. If you would like to discuss this further, please send an email to my attention, Josh, at customerservice@zerowater.com. I will be happy to assist. Your time and feedback are greatly appreciated.

I’ve already used two filters and I’ve only had it for 3 months. It’s time for another filter again! The water tastes like good for a couple days MAYBE. Then it starts to taste like chemicals... and eventually it tastes and smells like fish. I’ve never experienced something like it. If I could give it zero stars I would. I’d rather drink my yellow tap water than water from this filter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. After Zero Water filters have been exhausted and have not been changed, the water produced from the filter may have a distinct smell or taste and the TDS reading may be higher than your tap water. This is a result of the water passing over the “spent” Ion Exchange Resin beads. We have gone to great lengths in reducing that taste/smell in product development however this is simply a characteristic of filtering water with a Dual-Ion Exchange system. In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0311/5499/5336/files/tds-chart.jpg?v=1601429855
