Cleanest Water on the Market!

I have been using ZeroWater technology for over a decade now and have peace of mind knowing that I am drinking the cleanest and healthiest water I can get on the market. That is until the new Culligan/Zerowater systems came out. I recently upgraded to the new 33 cup Culligan filter system, and I am again impressed with the new filter specifications and operation of this new unit. TY Culligan and ZeroWater! Best there is, best there ever will be!

Verified Purchase:Yes
Zero has always been good to our family, creating affordable filtration that works supremely well, producing great tasting water at affordable prices. But since the Culligan takeover, they’re not Zero anymore. Case in point we have the large glass countertop model that has worked perfectly for years. Now Culligan has changed the filters. Now you can still buy the old Zero filters but if you want to convert to the new filters, you have to buy an entire new container. All Culligan would have to do is sell you the filter basket, it will fit both old and new generations. So product is good but bean counters reign at Culligan.

Not as expected

The new filter provides a reading of 007 instead 000 as expected. Anything above 006 ppm means time for replacement. Not what I expected

Very short life

It filtered well for about one month, perhaps 20 uses. I was really disappointed. It says it’s 35% longer life but longer than what? Does not seem cost effective if I need to purchase every month.

Defective Filters

I used to love my “Zero Water” pitcher/ filter system. However, I’ve been having problems for over a year with the filter only lasting only a month! It goes from (0 to 5-6 TDS) then continues to rise. Additionally, the water will often times not drain through the filter. I’ve contacted the company at least 3 times before & after Zero became Culligan. I was sent new filters (at my expense) but the new ones are doing the same thing. I believe they are what is called Legacy filters with the black label on top. These filters are too expensive to replace every month.

If Your Filter Dies Fast,Your Water is the proble

This Isn't an Appliance; It's My Medical Equipment
The Truth Other Reviews Miss:
I see the complaints:"Filters only last two weeks!" "Too expensive!" I understand the frustration. But I need you to understand what that short lifespan actually means.
My body is a chemical injury survivor. Childhood chemotherapy rewired my nervous system to detect toxins at levels "safe" for others. For me, tap water—and most bottled water—isn't just bad tasting; it's acutely poisonous, causing instant nueroinflamation, migraines and brain fog.
ZeroWater is the only filter whose promise matches my biological reality. The TDS meter doesn't lie. When it reads "000," my body confirms it: zero inflammatory response.
When my filter expires in 14 days instead of 40, that's not a complaint. That's a data point. It's a warning flare that my municipal water is loaded with dissolved solids and pollutants and the filter is doing its job protecting me.
Yes, it's expensive. I have to budget for it like a medical supply. But what is the price of a clear-headed day? What is the value of being able to think without pain or not having a systemic inflammatory response? For me, and for anyone living with autoimmune, MCAS, or chemical injury, this isn't a luxury. It's non-negotiable life support.
To the company: Don't shy away from this. You aren't just selling a water pitcher. You are selling the only reliable barrier millions of us have against a progressively toxic environment. Market to us—the canaries in the coal mine. We are your most credible witnesses.
To potential buyers: If your filter clogs fast, be alarmed—but not at ZeroWater. Be alarmed at what's in your pipes. This device is telling you the truth your body hasn't started screaming yet. Listen to it.
