I like how long the filters last, big plus for the money. The water taste good and clean. The tap water goes from 45 to 0 through the filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water tastes terrible after less than a month!

I purchased this water system less than two months ago and I’m already on my third filter. when the water begins to go bad it tastes worse than my tap water. I am so disappointed in this product, the company needs to be honest about the length of time these filters last, and make the filter replacements cheaper because they do not last as long as advertised.

We are sorry to hear about the short life on your filters, we do not advertise any specific amount of time for filter life because it varies depending on the quality of your specific tap water. You can click the link below to view the filter life chart that is readily available on our website https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0311/5499/5336/files/tds-chart.jpg?v=1601429855 You can also click this link as well for coupons that are always available on our website https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0311/5499/5336/files/ZW-200416_coupon-sheet_eng_print.pdf?v=1601418403

Bough the 30 glasses pitcher on Jan 4, and today Jan 18 the water tasted bad it tasted like it was poured by lime. Lasted only for 2 weeks or less this is indeed very pricey.

Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be. Click the link below to view the filter life chart and see how many gallons you should have gotten from the filter, if this does align with your experience certainly give us a call and we can assist you. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0311/5499/5336/files/tds-chart.jpg?v=1601429855

From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.
Easy to use filters with no hassle to prime them etc. A quick wash and they're ready to use. Water tastes great, they filter relatively quickly. Highly recommend
Have no idea how this entire system works as we have yet to receive a container to use them in!!!

The zero water filter gives our tap water a great taste. Clean and pure. The water tester is a very convenient tool. Good value.

Short life

These filters work well and I like that they filter out lead. However , their life is short, and a very awful fishy taste develops at the end of their life. I wish, based on the expensive price, that the filters lasted longer. Otherwise, this is a good product.
